The Women and Leadership workshop is a practical workshop designed to develop and enhance the leadership skills of participants.

The workshop discusses the concepts of leadership, confidence and self awareness and how they affect interactions and decision making. It also looks at practical solutions in leadership, indentifying leadership styles, applying the principles learned, goal setting and developing action plans.


Participants will gain an understanding of the concept of leadership and more specifically, an insight into:

• relationships and how they affect outcomes;
• leadership styles and how the work;
• emotional intelligence - self recognition, motivation, empathy and social skills;
• what makes a leader?
• the role of the leader in decision making and problem solving;

Corinna Steeb of Ruby Creative Business Solutions, is an inspirational and engaging speaker, who will leave the participants of her workshops motivated and invigorated.
